I personally live in Park Lake Towers, my neighbors are polite and considerate.

Only Service Animals are permitted into the building. The tenant is responsible for their guests and thereby any damages done by their guests are the tenant's responsibility. The tenant shall tell the landlord of any damage done to apartment as soon as reasonably possible. The tenant shall abide by the rules set forth by the home owners association. Basically a standard Florida lease.
