The neighborhood is extremely walkable, close to freeway access in all directions if needed, neighbors are all friendly and willing to lend a helping hand, walking our pup is like happy hour for dogs, walk or ride s bike to downtown Portland, a multitude of restaurants, bars, bakeries, banks, post office, laurelhurst park, bike routes. I feel proud and fortunate to live in this neighborhood."
