Description

This sunny spacious duplex is intentionally priced to be an affordable rental in the crazy market of Salida. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to most everything downtown. I am looking for a conscientious, responsible, neat renter that will treat it like it was their own. There is a mostly fenced back yard with a small storage shed and off alley parking for 2+ vehicles. A pet will be considered. Strictly no smoking. I will begin showing it on Monday June 1. The current tenant is in the process of moving so it is a bit cluttered at the moment. The cupboards in the kitchen are currently cream and tan (not blue as one of the pictures shows). This is also listed on Chaffee County Rentals Facebook Group where you can send me a DM.

First/Last and deposit (total $5400) needed to move in. Pet requires prior approval and pet deposit. 1 year lease beginning July 1, tenant pays utilities. Maximum 4 occupants (pet and human)
