This sunny spacious duplex is intentionally priced to be an affordable rental in the crazy market of Salida. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to most everything downtown. I am looking for a conscientious, responsible, neat renter that will treat it like it was their own. There is a mostly fenced back yard with a small storage shed and off alley parking for 2+ vehicles. A pet will be considered. Strictly no smoking. I will begin showing it on Monday June 1. The current tenant is in the process of moving so it is a bit cluttered at the moment. The cupboards in the kitchen are currently cream and tan (not blue as one of the pictures shows).
