Description

This is a clean and freshly renovated unit, with new carpet, paint, and amenities. The property is currently under contract for new ownership and undergoing final improvements. The vanity room (adjacent to the walk in closet) has drawers, counters, mirrors and sinks on order. These will be installed prior to move-in. The units will be clean and ready for move-in in late May.

The building comes with off street parking for up to 2 cars, a large yard around the building, and a coded entry. A large storage closet in the common area is available for extra storage. The washer/dryer system is shared, but free to use for all tenants.

Pets are allowed upon approval and monthly fees. Tenants cover electric, all other utilities, including a dumpster for trash, are covered by the owner.

Tenants pay electric; owner pays for trash, water/waste, and gas/heat. Lease length will be 12+ months. Monthly pet costs and number of pets are negotiable, but rely on landlord approval. Pet living in the unit without permission will be fined $50/day, from the day the pet was moved-in. Guests staying longer than 3 days will require landlord permission. Laundry is free to use for tenants and cannot be used for non-tenant. Violation of this will results in fees ($50 per violation) and repeated offensive may result in the termination of the lease. Keys cannot be duplicated; if keys are lost the landlord must be informed and the tenant is responsible for the costs to change the locks and produce new keys. The entry code to the front door is not allowed to be shared with non-tenants, this could result in the termination of your lease.
