About this House

This is a very nice apartment with so much room. Located on the main floor, this unit has a large living room, a good size kitchen with stove and refrigerator furnished and average sized bedrooms both with closets. The bathroom has shower/tub combination with a small linen closet for towels & toiletries. Enclosed porch entrance that opens into very nice 3 season room with lots of windows and a French door opening into living area.

Close to GB Rogers elementary school if you have children.

$500 pet deposit as well as $25 monthly surcharge per animal. Please no barking dogs

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.

All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
