Location, Location. This unit is just west of Veterans Pkwy very near the Fit Club West. It is located in a well established west side neighborhood with majority of single family homes. You are 10-15 mins from downtown, the hospital complex or the mall.
One car garage.
The main level has a large bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and living room. Lots of windows and ample sunshine throughout. The lower level has a large unfinished storage area with laundry hookups. There is also another large bedroom with attached bathroom in the lower level. The lower level has a full size window and therefore you don't feel as if you're in the basement. The unit is located on a walk-out lot but there is no door leading to the outdoors.
