Rent has just been reduced to $5000/month! This home is available "now" and we will require a minimum lease term to run until summer of 2025, but it could be longer to run until summertime 2026. We collect initial rents and deposits of first month's rent (pro-rated if moving in mid-month), last month's rent, and the equivalent of a month's rent as a refundable security deposit. We do require tenants to have renters insurance (affordable insurance that protects both tenant and landlord). Tenants must take the natural gas bill and electric bill and garbage collection bill into their names. Tenant makes their own decisions about cable TV and/or internet access and as appropriate forms their own relationship with Cox Communications. Landlord takes care of water/sewer, so there are no municipal water/sewer bills involved. Tenant is responsible for snow removal at the driveway, parking areas, walkways, and patio areas; if the roof ever needed to be shoveled that would be a landlord responsibility. Landscaping is a landlord responsibility. Smoking is not allowed (including at any of the exterior patios or in the garage). We will consider a small dog. There is an attached 2 car garage and additional parking at the driveway of the home. We hand over a very clean home at the outset of a lease and we expect to receive a very clean home back at the end of a tenancy.
