Bowling Alley, Archery, walking tours, cycling, Fire Island Ferry, Ryder Sports Fields Complex, waterfront park with playground, even convenience stores, fast food and box stores near by. It’s a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, for single parents, singles (blue or white collar),newlyweds, married professionals,married with families, retirees, families with seniors (new assisted living communities).
