This condo boasts 2300 square feet of living space on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a two-family home, with a full living, dining room and kitchen on the lower level as well as a large TV-room and treadmill area on the top floor. Private front and back porches and shared backyard patio and off-street parking for two cars included. This condo is fully furnished with all linens, bedding, dishes, appliances, TV, printer and other conveniences included as owners will be travelling abroad during this time. Minimum stay of 3 months. Water/sewer and trash included, other utilities may be added to monthly rent upon discussion and furniture arrangements (beds) may be customized depending on tenant needs. Very close to beautiful walking paths by the Mystic River and Lake, 0.5 miles from Arlington Center close to public bus lines, red line, and commuter rail.

Current rent assumes that tenants pay for oil heat, electric, and wi-fi/cable. We are flexible and can include these at a higher rate. Note that this is a short-term rental through spring/summer 2026 only.
