The public schools are very good, and the private schools are not too far away. many residents enjoy a power walk in the area. The best trick or treating, and the best sledding in the winter. Southampton Pines is the only neighborhood in the Hamptons with a sewer system. Natural gas service to all homes is a huge plus. Easy access to all of the Hamptons, and excellent restaurants in proximity. "
