total electric home, fiber optic high speed connection for internet, ceramic flooring (hardwood pattern) automatic garage door opener, 4th bedroom above garage is the only space with carpet. We are very particular about who we rent to, very responsive property manager. Looking for long term tenant who will care for the property like it is his or her own. Quarterly inspections with 24 hr phone notifications.
