"Living on Camelot street now and it is so busy. We have had multiple car break ins and random egging of our house and cars. Living on the less busy streets may be better but we will be looking into a different neighborhood. "

"We live 1 block from the city park/train tracks & we have tons of rats every where all sizes. Opposums, foxes. Wasnt sure if our rental house was just having a rat issue so we talked to our neighbors & from what they say everybody here has rats its a normal thing. Also we have lived here for almost a year & I've never seen anyone talking with thier neighbor. No one even waves or speaks (Natalie Dr.)"

"Currently live here. Most homes are not maintained. Semi trucks parked in yard, cars up on blocks in a yard. Trash from one home is thrown over fence. Kids running out in front of cars with no adult supervision. Most are rental homes I believe and appears to me that some are rent controlled homes. Safety is a huge concern with property damage and break in attempted."

"Mostly a quiet area, with a lot of nearby shopping and eating options: Wal-Mart, multiple fast food places, Burleson is close by for going to the theater and family dining. This is not a great area if you're looking for upscale dining and shopping, but it's great for day-to-day living, visiting the park, jogging around the neighborhood, walking the dog, etc. Very safe place to live, there are people around all the time. Very diverse culture in the area. People are friendly but not nosy. We've been very happy living here for 14 years!"

"I JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE IN THIS AREA AND IT IS VERY QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. MY HOUSE IS HUGE AND I GOT AN AMAZING VALUE FOR MY DOLLAR. EVERY HOUSE ON MY STREET AS WELL AS THE NEXT 8 BLOCKS IN EVERY DIRECTION ARE AMAZINGLY MANICURED BUT MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS MY NEIGHBORS ON ALL 3 SIDES HAVE ANNOYINGLY LOUD DOGS!! I RESEARCHED THE AREA THOROUGHLY BEFORE MOVING IN AND IT'S A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD."
