This is a completely remodeled beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath house right on Lake Zoar with breathetaking views and access to the lake (private beach area)! Has good sized front yard, driveway with parking for up to 4 to 6 cars. House has central AC unit and is heated by gas, also has laundry room with hookups. The house can be partially furnished with stackable washer and dryer and 3 bed frames (2 queens and 1 full size) you just bring mattresses and sheets, kitchen table and sofa or you can bring your own furniture/beds too. The views from the deck are amazing.

A once high perfoming school system providing students with many opportunites has been replaced by one that is a shell of its former self. Staff complacency and administrator complacency run rampant. You will be okay if your child is an accelerated academic student, many others will fall through the cracks. It’s still going through some transition being a new school - awkward phase. The homework was a bit excessive for a 1st grader in my opinion. I got nice teachers, I made great friends, I go to fun specials (including learning to play an instument! I picked the trombone), And everyone is so nice! I wish it was more than 2 years.
