Original owner and custom-built, this 4 bedroom Colonial sits on a peaceful lot in a cul-de-sac neighborhood below the Rt 79/80 Madison Circle. The interior has been freshly painted and new carpeting installed in all the bedrooms. There are hardwood floors throughout the first floor. A new ductless air conditioner/heat unit was installed in the family room, a large and bright space with fireplace and doors to the deck and garage. The designated office/den on the first floor is private with French doors, 2 closets and 2 large sunny windows. New Anderson windows were installed in some of the 1st floor rooms. The exterior is in great shape. New gutters, a refurbished deck, garage doors and roof are newer. This spacious home has expansion potential in the space above the garage, framed at time of the original construction. Spring & Summer in Madison are wonderful with its wonderful coastline of beaches, charming downtown, and nearby state parks for walking, hiking and biking. Come take a look!

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere are more kids on the High honor roll than kids who are not. So many kids go through the school days watching netflix and youtube on their phones. No one seems to care about bullying. Everyone cares about sports. Music program keep getting cut. Teachers are moved around and many are not even in their classes during the day.Parent Review1y ago - Kathleen H. Ryerson Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is an absolute gem. My kids are greeted by name, helped out of the car and warmly escorted into the building. The principal loves her job, and it shows. The teachers make learning fun and curriculum is academically on point.. The culture is one of kindness and you can feel the love on site and at community events. We came from a huge school, so moving to this tight-knit but super welcoming community has been a dream come true!Parent Review1y ago - Dr. Robert H. Brown Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school is great. The teachers help you as much as they can and they want you to have as much fun as possible. At the end of every trimester some related arts classes let parents come to the school to watch there kid (in Xylorythems, Theater arts, Music and Art.) There is some bullying but you can quicky report if someone is bullying you and they will quickly handle it.Student Review10mo ago - Walter C. Polson Upper Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids are currently attending Polson MS and are receiving an excellent education that is preparing them for high school and beyond. The course work is challenging and homework is not lacking, however, the teachers are readily available to the students for extra help before and after school. But even with all the hard work the school has great spirit and the kids have fun either in sports, theater, music or what ever their area of interest is. The schools drew us to Madison and the location has kept us! GREAT TOWN! I believe the parent involvement in the school system is a primary driver for why the school system is so successful.Parent Review12y ago - Check out schools near 4 Thames Way.
