    "This is a lovely older neighborhood, the neighbors are quiet and friendly. Lots of people here have dogs that we walk in the neighborhood-very dog-friendly. But no dogs are allowed to wander, no getting into trash. Walking the neighborhood is a good workout, as the roads are fairly steep in places. Only two small kids in the neighborhood, the rest of the neighbors are working couples and retirees. Best of all, there is only one entrance--no strangers can drive through to somewhere else. No loud stereos, lots of beautiful trees and well-tended yards. You'll love it here!"
