Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Nice neat apartment located near the beach. Located on quiet dead end street, this apartment is perfect for someone who is looking for a quiet place to call their own. It's roomy and only 2 blocks from the bus to the city.

This is a ground floor apartment in a 3 family house so prospective tenants must be mindful of the other tenants. We can accept a small dog (around 30 lbs or less) upon approval and a pet deposit of $200. Tenant pays for gas and electric utilities and landlord pays for hot water and sewer and trash collection. There is a no smoking policy for indoors. Parking is on the street but if you rent long enough you would get the driveway privilege. Text me if you have any questions.

  • Trulia User
"Haven't found any. To honest there is heavy alcohol and drug use in the area. The rent is expensive and rentals are poorly keep. Summer traffic is horrible. "

"Beaches are well maintained, the recreation department is very involved with the town, they have great events. There are a lot of strays, but just keep to yourself. It’s a intimate small town "

"There are many Families in this neighborhood. Keansburg is really getting better it used to be pretty bad at times but now it's pick g up. the houses are beautiful..the schools and police department are beautiful. if there's a few streets that are small and not maintained, due to ppl living like uncaring and not clean, that will change in the next year maybe less. the rents are so high they can't afford to live here. The dog walking mess.has cleaned up immensely where I live. thank God. I walk my dog..good luck to all. "

"Nice area, fairly quiet, parking can sometimes be a hassle especially during 4th of july. Other than that, close access to the Keansburg amusement park and the beach, lots of bike paths to ride on nearby. Not a far drive from the ferry access to NYC, also not a far drive from Atlantic Highlands or Sandy Hook. Right on the Raritan bay, nice views of Brooklyn from the beach."
