Our place is located off Alljoy Road in Bluffton. This particular neighborhood is a newer community with only 50 homes. The location is hard to beat with incredible accessibility to Brighton beach, the Bluffton boat ramp, downtown ("Old Town") restaurants and shops, and even a quick ride to the beaches of Hilton Head by taking Foreman Hill Rd! We definitely recommend renting a golf cart to use to get around in this area of Bluffton like the locals do!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tiled showers, fresh paint & all new floors. Spacious sun-room, deck, large yard with a wooded view, and storage shed included. This home is immaculate! The space has great functionality with all you'd expect in a complete home: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, sitting room (two loveseats), living room (2 recliners & couch), back yard and deck with beautiful views overlooking the neighborhood lake. One king bed, One queen and one full bed, to comfortably sleep 6.

12 month lease available. Furnishings included. Tenant responsible for water, electric, lawn care and garbage removal. One month's rent up front for security deposit.

Overall, this community allows you to live near Hilton Heqd Islqnd without the hefty price tag and keeps you away from the busiest part of the area of Bluffton. It’s the best of both worlds. You live near all the popular tourist attractions, including Savannah, but are able to travel into any of the above mentioned locations within 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. Because this neighborhood is so close to Savannah, it will become your second home as you venture in often for the variety of dining, attractions and shopping. "
