"good area for dog owners, lots of friendly neighbors with dogs as well. sidewalks perfect for walking the pup."
  • Fran D.
"Easy commute. Be weary of this landlord. Absent. We treated the home as our own. Did many repairs on our own to be helpful added shades to whole house. When we moved due to job he kept most of deposit for no good reason. After we paid a professional crew to clean the house. Be weary. "
  • Sarah D.
"It’s pretty in the center of everything. Giant is so close, there’s a couple of cute restaurants right down the road. Downtown Scranton and south side are only a few minutes away. And dickson city, where most big stores are within 20 mins. It’s a pretty decent location if you don’t like to spend too much time driving to stores, especially with the snow around here it’s convenient to have a grocery store that’s less than 5 minutes away Id you need to run and grab something really quick. "
  • Sarah D.
"I haven’t lived here too long and i work and am in school so i don’t do much so I’m not sure. I think there’s festivales or events. "
  • Koni B.
"There is an elementary school in the center of the neighborhood. Making friends should be a breeze for new comers. "
  • chris m. d.

"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. Being a city girl born and raised in Brooklyn NY where life is too crazy and fast paced has made me appreciate the quietness, the sense of community that Scranton offers me and my two children. We love it here! Scranton is our home! "
  • Cc30
"I have lived in Scranton for over 3 years and find the people to be warm and welcoming. There is a sense of community here that reverberates through the citizens. "
  • Brian
"I live in this area and love it. It's quiet, safe, and very peaceful. It's close to Scranton and the highway, but very secluded feeling. "
