The location is great. 20 min to Financial District in the morning using casual carpool right outside the door. It is only $1. Trader Joe's and Berkeley Bowl are walking distance. And so is Bay street shopping: Target, IKEA, California Pizza Kitchen, AMC Theatre.

Free Emeryville shuttle takes you to MacAruthur bart and everywhere else in the area for free 7 days a week.

There aren’t a ton of great spots to exercise your dogs, if you don’t have any yard. It’s not unfriendly for dogs, but it’s not overwhelmingly welcoming either. "
