$3500/month which includes ~$180 in electrical credit (600 kwh) via a solar system. Landlord pays for water, septic maintenance ie pump outs (not septic repairs due to misuse), trash/recycling, lawn care/landscaping (does NOT include snow removal) and taxes. Tenant responsible for rent, electricity greater than the $180/month allowance, internet/cable and required to fill oil tank to level at the beginning of the lease (typically full to start). Sorry no dogs, cat OK with additional pet deposit. No smoking/vaping etc... References required.

The house is very well maintained, has many updates and all the big ticket items are done. New Septic, New roof, Energy audit and improvements, all new energy efficient windows, new oil tank, new washer/dryer, hybrid hot water tank etc..
