Lovely 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath house available for rent staring in Mid November. $3000/month, includes $150/month electric credit (there is a solar system) and basic high speed (200mbs) internet from comcast (no cable). Landlord pays for water, septic maintenance ie pump outs (not septic repairs due to misuse), trash/recycling, lawn care/landscaping (Does NOT include snow removal) and taxes. Tenant responsible for rent, electricity greater than the $150/month allowance, any changes to internet plan and required to fill oil tank to full upon moveout, just filled to full. Sorry no dogs, cat OK with additional pet deposit. First, Last , 1X security, references required.

The house is very well maintained, has many updates and all the big ticket items are done. New Septic, New roof, Energy audit and improvements, all new energy efficient windows, new oil tank, new washer/dryer, hybrid hot water tank etc..

We are in the process of relocating and currently using the 2 car garage for storage until April or May of next year and cant be used by tenants until then. The house may be partially furnished , we are still deciding if we're going to move the furniture into the garage as well or leave it for now and then get it in april/may. We could go either way and can be flexible based on the tenants needs.

We will not be available much because we have already relocated and are in the process of packing up the rest of our belongings. If you want to take a look it is strongly recommended you do so this Friday 10/29-Sunday 10/31.
