Counselors & Teachers dismiss students when they try to get assistance. As a parent you will have to make several calls/emails to get any issues resolved. Students are left on their own to discover scholarships, navigate the SAT, or college application assistance.I’ve had two children go through Eustis High School, it has become worse over time. My child is completely on their own, they are lucky I was able to assist them. Most parents don't have the understanding/resources to help their child.I am disappointed in this school, they need to start treating students like customers, & stop dismissing them as if they are a bother. Administrators purposely omit & hide their email or contact information. This is due to the frustration of parents trying to get things done. When a counselor or teacher doesn't resolve an issue, parents get frustrated & want to communicate with the administrators for assistance. "Where I live, the traffic is bad, the landlord is unbelievable and neighbors really don’t communicate. Then the 24-7 sound of police cars racing down the street and occasional gunfire at nite. Ambulance, fire trucks sirens all the time. However just 2 blocks there is a Park with weekend events, I wouldn’t walk over there,"

"courteous, respectful,helpful. they communicate before reacting. I was away from home last June (mom had passed away). I didn't tell anyone ; when I got home the neighbors had keep my grass cut perfectly... Other neighbors had keep watch of my home, omg this was without them knowing what I was going through. no recrimination from anyone just genuine concern.. unbelievable neighbors & community.."

"I’ve been here for a little over a month now and I love my Neighborhood so far. Stores are conveniently close and we’re up the block to the lake. My only problem is the “blind mosquitos” they’re a pain and they swarm the houses! Other than that we’re good. "
