Sofa and comfortable chairs provide an easy view of the 50' television and also allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings that this secluded dwelling has to offer. The lower level contains the queen size bedroom plus a full bath along with two sofa sleepers for four people in the great room. This level can sleep up to 6 guests.

The upper level has three bedrooms and a full bath along with a large balcony. The glass doors from the loft lead out to the upper balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and feel its cool breeze or you can soak up the sun for your Florida tan and at the same time take in the fabulous ocean view.     "Atlantic Ave (A1A) is the main road running through town, and it’s always crowded. Almost no one obeys the speed limit and pedestrians have been hit. Remind (older) kids to cross only at crosswalks and be aware of what’s coming in all directions at all times. Also, you need front and back lights on your bike at night or else the cops will pull you over & ticket you!"
