Bryant schools! $1,495 per month, $900 deposit, $35 application fee, 12 month lease. $85 for lawn and $35 for trash is added to the monthly lease amount. Privacy wood fence. Directions: Take I-30 to Exit 126, go to Vimy Ridge Road (which is off of the east bound access road). Go 1.9 miles down Vimy Ridge Road to County Line Road. Turn right on County Line and stay on this road. County Line Road runs in to the Emerald Mountain subdivision and changes to Skyline Drive. Continue on Skyline for .7 mile, turn left on Stallion Pass, then left on Crestside, then right on Eastern Slope, then left on Mountaincrest Circle. House is on left.

Initial lease term is 12 months. Resident pays for electric, water. $85 for lawn and $35 for trash is added to the monthly lease amount. Resident has to purchase their own refrigerator.
