Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans and large walk-in closets; living room has a skylight and fireplace. Located in a nice small community off Mission Rd near Fred George intersection.

Minimum credit score of 640 is required, as well as gross income 3x monthly rent.

No smoking is allowed in the house.

Small pets MUST be approved by owner and, if approved, a $300 non-refundable pet fee applies per animal.

All adults who will live in the house must submit an application on Zillow and pass background checks of credit and criminal histories. Three adults maximum occupancy, or a mix of up to 4 adults and children.

One month security deposit is due at lease signing. Late fees of 5% of monthly rent apply if rent is paid after the 5th of the month.

Renter is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Two parking spots on a concrete pad directly in front of the house.

    "The neighborhood is too small for anything more than a potty walk for a dog. To exercise your dog you must drive somewhere else. The main road is too busy and has no sidewalk so leaving the neighborhood on foot for exercise is not possible. "
