"Family friendly neighborhood with neighbors who are like family that we share many good times with. Beautiful views of the bay, and sunrises/sunsets you can only dream of. Parks within a mile that the kids in the neighborhood love to play at. Hills for sledding, and sports galore. Wantagh/ Seaford Bagel stores best on Long Island. Wonderfull Italian restaurant recently opened up considered best on south shore"

"I drive to work but the LIRR is close and the Highways are easily accessable. there are plenty of shopping centers around. and several main roads. "

"It is a very safe, well manicured, and family oriented town. No riff raff comes around and the police station and its officers are very nice and are always waiving to the neighbors. it has great food and small mom and pops stores and restaurants that give you service and customer satisfaction unlike anywhere I have every visited. Great water front and water view community. I feel like I am in Florida during the summer time with the beautiful boats and marinas. Highly recommend Seaford for someone wanting to start and raise their family here."
