About this House

An interior designer and her husband's cabin at Lake Fork is a delightful place to call home or for your weekend cottage.
This Texas size tiny home at 720 sq ft was delivered in December 2019 and sits on about 1/3 acre, 12,000 sq ft. The interior is designed with a Scandinavian Farmhouse feel. It's a very simple and clean home with luxury vinyl wood plank flooring throughout. There's shiplap on the ceilings and a beautiful white washed tongue and groove wall in the main area.

The main room is the family area/kitchen that is visually separated by a Hoosier cupboard for additional storage. There is a tankless hot water heater and a mini split a/c-heat unit for space efficiency.

The bedroom is large enough for a king size bed and an additional dresser or two with a walk-in closet. The bath reflects the style throughout the cabin and a barn door for privacy.

Because of COVID and what it has done to most everything we can buy, the ceiling in the family area was not completed as lumber was scarce and doubled in price. It is something we are willing to talk about with you. Refrigerator, stove and dishwasher stay.

Finally, the house is in the back of the lake community for the peacefulness and joy of watching the horses in the field behind.
