About this House

All the bedrooms have ceiling fans to aid in air distribution and the HVAC system was installed in 2022. The roof was just installed this year while the water heater, doors, and hardware were replaced in 2023. This is a corner lot and has a fenced in back yard. The storage building will remain with the property.
