Bathroom is in great shape with nice tile. Kitchen has some cabinets for storage, a pantry, and an area for a kitchen table. There is a small back sunporch area with new flooring that measures around 7x6 ft. Tenant is responsible for a portion of the water/sewer/trash that amounts to $65/mo. Pictures are of similar unit in building new pics coming soon! Tenant still living in the unit until July 1st, move in would be July 10th!

Plenty of activities at the park (farmers market, parades, food trucks) as well as additional amenities in walking distance. I walk to get coffee in the morning, get my haircut in the afternoon and dinner in the evening. There’s plenty of money and work being poured into an already nice neighborhood at the moment, with several updated and fully remodeled homes. "
