5. Please DO NOT MAKE an appointment if you do not qualify by credit score or income. The full policy will be provided at the meeting in person.
6. We are looking for a professional family for long terms. Each applicant over the age of 18 who will be living in the home is required to complete a separate application with a $42 fee per adult and the background/credit/eviction history check (link will be provided after meeting in person).
7. Excellent rental history the must! , plus net income 3 times monthly rent to be verified.
8. Photo ID and paycheck stubs must be submitted upon application.
9. First, last and security deposit have to be submitted before a move-in with signing a lease agreement.
