Stay connected with reliable high-speed fiber optic internet and WiFi ideal for remote work or streaming entertainment after a day of adventure.

Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy them indoors or out on the huge deck, where you can soak in the beautiful mountain views and peaceful forest surroundings.

Drive 5 minutes to Steamboat Lake Marina for a beach day or fun on the lake. Hiking and biking trails abound! This cabin offers plenty of storage for your outdoor gear as well. All utilities included.

This is a two month rental of our home. The security deposit is fully refundable after the home has been inspected. No pets preferred, but negotiable. Flexible with move in/out dates.

    "This is not a pet friendly community. Almost all rental units forbid dogs and most of the home owners here are second home owners and do not actually live here. Therefore, if you are going to live here full time be aware that the city does not like dogs. Though most of the residents here do. "

    "We just moved here and we love it. It's close to everything. The "Core Trail" is seconds away, there is a bus stop right here and the Walton Creek is right across the street. We have a dog and it's great to jump on the core trail and walk around with no worries of vehicles. We can even jump on ur bikes and head downtown or up to the ski area. It's the best!"

I don't miss not living "in town". We are there but not. We avoid busy weekends and tourist traffic. But the amenities and events , "in town" are there if we want it."

Base area planning includes a new waterway along Burgess Creek and summer recreation opportunities in the gondola plaza area. Some of Steamboat's best restaurants are walking distance and the nearby transit area buses will get you to the major supermarkets within five minutes, and downtown in 10."

    "This part of Steamboat is up the hill from Soda Creek and out of the main flow of traffic...what little there is anyway. The lots are larger and mostly south-facing, providing great views of Mt. Werner (Storm Mountain). The lack of a true through-road keeps traffic to local access only. This area is a true find."
