Important Information
Safety: The pool does not have a safety gate and is easily accessed from multiple areas of the house. This property is not suitable for non-swimmers, toddlers, or crawling infants. All guests must be "water safe."

Parking: Two parking spaces in front of the garage; additional street parking available.

Please do not block the neighbors driveway or park in the shared easement as those cars will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Noise Ordinance: No amplified or excessive noise outside or audible from the property line between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Waiver of Liability
By booking our property, you agree to our swimming pool, hot tub, and swimming pool room waiver of liability, accepting full responsibility for any accidents or injuries.

Home Safety
There are four exterior security cameras on the property. One placed near the garage looking onto the parking area, one camera by the front door positioned to see driveway, and another on the side of house positioned to see the driveway. One placed on the opposite side of the home facing the front yard and alley way and another one facing the backyard spa and pool area.

There are no cameras inside the home.

Full rental cost for duration of stay are payable 30 days prior to move in. Checks are not accepted.
Furniture and most utilities are included (excludes pool heating).
Heating the pool comes at an additional daily cost, per use, to be coordinated with landlord in advance. Spa heating is included.
Max of 8 guests at the property at any given time.
No parties allowed.
Small pets allowed with deposit/ per pet.
Music should cease outside 10pm PT.
No Smoking inside or outside on property grounds.
Parking available in driveway and street. No garage parking available.
Note: Property does not include A/C which is common in beach communities. It does get warm, particularly upstairs, and fans remaining on throughout the day as well as open doors/ windows, with supervision, is highly recommended.

    "Pickleball at St Michaels Episcopal church where the spirit of a community and inclusion make every game a treat. There are good players at every level and the paddle wheel makes it easy to work in the flow of games. If you like making friends, stick around for an evening bbq with a great group of people. The Carlsbad Music Festival centers at St Michaels and brings many music lovers into the center of the community. They also sponsor a Wine Festival in October that seems like a special occasion."
