Hi, I have a new construction 3700 square foot house in Newark, with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. I am renting one of the rooms available immediately. Month to month lease, huge kitchen and 2 living rooms. Full laundry room and beautiful backyard. Plenty of street parking and very close to bus systems. The room is fully furnished with a work station. It has a very large closet and a fully private en suite bathroom. All utilities included in rent. We have AC and central heating, and super fast wifi. The rent also includes twice a month deep cleaning, access to a large kitchen, washer dryer and multiple common spaces. We live like a family and are excited for our next member. We have cable with hundreds of Indian channels. We speak Hindi and Telegu. Available January 30th (some flexibility). We love cooking, hanging out and watchin movies together. Extremely friendly and safe neighborhood, with night security patrol. Female tenants only please.

No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed. Parking is on driveway and street parking.
