You will be staying in a Quiet, Low-Traffic street in a house that is unique in that it has no house across the street, just a nice open view!

This house is for working people who need a place to sleep and do laundry and all the cooking you want in a large kitchen with 2 regrigerators and all the cooking tools and gadgets you need along with a Dining Room Table.

This is Not a house for entertaining guests, although occasional overnighters can be OK.
In fact, the Living Room and Family Room are full of work supplies and tools so Neither are available as common areas.

Do laundry on your assigned day of the week, clean up after yourself and you'll fit right in.

No Drugs, no Drunks and no Drama. This is a quiet house, not a Party house.
Month to month agreement and we've had people stay over 5 years here.
House rules require you clean up after yourself and show respect for others and their property.
Sorry, no dogs allowed at this time, but one cat can be ok.

Included with your $795/mo. rent are All Utilities and Fiber Optics Gigabyte Internet.

There is No Charge for the application! If approved, you will need to pay $30 for a background check.
