    "It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly and it’s in between 2 towns, copperas cove and Lampasas. We also have a Dollar General in Kempner so a drive all the way in to town can be avoided for basic groceries. "

There are offenders in the area but even they keep to themselves and shut in. Plenty of room to roam only one way into the neighborhood one way out.
