"Live here and love the closeness of the neighborhood groups. The 2 mile fitness trail is right across the street as well as the Golf Course. Close to the Airport with zero aircraft noise. Also the river/marinas are blocks away.Easy access to the major arteries."

"Here is a place I can call home. Nice neighbors, lots of birds, few squirrels, no roaming cats, quiet area, low traffic, bus stop close, but not too close, no crime or police activity, and 95 percent are homes kept in good condition in the area. AA++ area"
