Hardwood floors showcase the kitchen, dining room & the hall. The bedrooms & living room are carpeted. Dining room is situated between the kitchen & living room with completely open views of each. The fixtures are not your low grade quality, they are nice. In the living room you have a gas starter fireplace and complete built ins on either side.The master suite is huge & has a sliding door to the rear patio (as does the living room) with a separate retreat room. I have to tell you that the assessors office lists it as a 3 bedroom, but the master bedroom incorporated the retreat option at the original construction and is technically a 2 bedroom. There is a full bath in the hall, a large laundry room with cabinets on both walls and the 2nd bedroom is completely private from the first one. There is crown molding and custom baseboards, planters and mature plants, concrete walkways and covered patios.
