Per the owners, the roof is approximately five years old and the air conditioning system received a new evaporator coil in 2008 and a condenser in 2007. The wood deck was replaced in October 2008. The home is near walking trails, a park and the Addison Athletic Club which has a $10.00 lifetime resident membership.

    "this is a dog friendly neighborhood. People pick after their pets here. Addison has a lot of Vet clinics and pet Hotels. most apartment here are Dog friendly, I would say about 90%. Most apartments also have Amentities for Pets, like pet wash, Pet Play areas and there is also a huge park in Addison Circle that is Pet friendly."

    "To and from work or school is my normal commute. I walk to the gym, grocery store, and community activities that the park ( Vitruvian park) host. I drive to get gas as well which is just about a half a mile away. There is normally something to do every 2 weeks if not sooner for people of all ages. Most events are family friendly. So overall I would say my commutes are short and sweet when traffic isn’t so bad on I35 or I635 North and east."
