Great house in the fantastic Power Ranch neighborhood. Wonderful neighborhood amenities like two pools, a pond, clubhouse, elementary school and lots of community events. Great schools as well. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS. All bedrooms upstairs including laundry room (has washer and dryer). Newer carpet throughout house. Property includes a 2-car garage with extended driveway for additional parking (no street parking). Master bedroom and additional bedroom have a walk-in closet. Kitchen has a walk-in pantry.

Certain members of the property owner hold an Arizona real estate license.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS. Nonrefundable cleaning fee of $400. Tenant responsible for all utilities and landscaping. Preference will be given for a 24-month lease. No street parking.
