This is a charming, 1920s-era Spanish-style, two-bedroom, one-bathroom first level front duplex in a quiet and safe neighborhood located very close to public transit. Approximately 800 square feet.

There is a sorority house next door, but they're very quiet, are excellent neighbors and have been there for decades.

Unit is freshly painted and cleaned. This unit features newer vinyl planks throughout, blinds, new ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms, and kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a refrigerator/freezer. Pets up to 50lbs are allowed.

Plentiful street parking on 8th Street and surrounding area!

No on-site laundry, however there is a clean and bright laundromat one block away at 7th St & Termino Ave, which offers self-service machines and Fluff n' Fold service.

Lease Terms: One-year lease required.
Requirements: Prefer Vantage score of 680+.
Restrictions: Non-smoking unit (but you can smoke outside in the yard), street parking only.

Owner pays for water and sewer service, tenant pays for trash and gas (City of Long Beach) and electricity (SCE). Non-smoking unit, but welcome to smoke outside in the small side and rear yards.

    "I like my neighborhood, 8th and redondo is perfect, it’s quiet rarely loud, a lot of dog parents and older folks, random stragglers but nothing scary or unordinary, I’m from LA and this part of Long Beach is kind of the suburbs with streets like 4th 2nd and Redondo that you can walk down and go do social things and go home right around the corner and it’s back to quiet.
