Description

This unit is freshly painted, flooring throughout unit, newer stainless steel appliances, unfinished basement with washer / dryer hookups. Central air and heat. High ceilings, a small enclosed back patio. We are not allowed any bbq, or smokers in our community. Close to major grocery store and walking / biking trails. The N line is also close in Eastvale Lake. You will have two covered parking spaces for your use plus additional street parking on 121st Street for guests. There is visitor parking onsite but it is first come, first serve and fills up fast. There is no pool or clubhouse in the complex. There is a small children's park in the complex with a basketball court.

We are looking for a 12 month lease with options of renewal. Application and background check will be online and the total cost for each adult 18 and older is $70.00.
Water, trash, sewer is included in the rent. Renter is responsible for electricity, gas and wireless internet connection,
One pet max is allowed with an additional monthly pet rent of $35.00 per pet per month. There is also a required pet deposit of $300.00. Your pet must be registered on Pet Screening where there is charge of $25 per year. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit. You will have two covered parking spaces for this unit. Additional parking on 121st Ave or in the visitors parking area which is first come, first serve.
The application is $35.00 CASH for each person 18 years and older. The background / credit check is an additional $35.00. All of this done online. We do not accept Zillow applications. Lease is 12 months. There is an HOA and all must adhere to the covenants and bylaws. Strictly enforced.
Maintenance is onsite but tenant will need to submit a maintenance task online. Rent is paid online for convenience.

    "Very well maintained areas nice parks with playgrounds as well as open spaces. We live in a newer part of Thornton so food is a little farther away but in about 10-15min you’re on the 25 then you can head anywhere."

    "It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."
