All stainless appliances, new fridge and dishwasher in 2025. New LVP flooring in 2024. New fence in 2025. The master suite has a spacious walk in closet and his and hers vanities in the bathroom. Built in closets in spare rooms. Carpet in bedrooms will be replaced with LVP and fresh paint prior to move-in. House is brick all the way around and is equipped with hurricane shutters.
