Great home on corner lot. This home has been well maintained. Updated kitchen with cooktop, wall oven and newer counters. Three bedrooms with one full bath and a half bath in the spacious primary bedroom. There is carpet throughout the bedrooms and living room on the main level, but there are hardwood floors underneath and appear to be in great condition. The lower level is partially finished with plenty of room to use as additional living space. The laundry room area also has a shower and toilet. The lower level finish is not reflected on the county assessor page. There is a two car detached garage with epoxy floors as well as a very nice storage shed that gives you extra space for storage.
