Also in walking distance, is Eastlake to take nice walks to the N line that takes you to downtown Denver at Union Station.

Looking for a 6 month or a 12 month lease. Monthly rent includes water, sewer, and trash. Tenant is responsible for wireless internet, electric and gas. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the unit. There is an HOA and all tenants must abide by the bylaws and covenants. Application is $25.00 cash for anyone 18 years and older that must be on the lease. Background and credit check is an additional $35.00 per person paid online. This unit will include two (2) covered parking spaces assigned to this unit. Any additional parking spaces needed, is provided on the street.

    "It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."

Numerous Xmas lights all over the place, most notably, what my family has dubbed "The Box House", on Pecos St, just north of 100th. Numerous fireworks shows all over for New Year's. "
