Many recent upgrades and a huge yard is perfect for gardening, BBQing, and watching launches from Vandenberg Space Force Base. This home is close to Buena Vista Elementary and Cabrillo High School, tons of hiking and biking trails in the protected nature preserves, Sunday Farmers Market, and the pleasant sounds of nature. No garage, but large driveway and plenty of street parking. There is an attached studio apartment that is currently being rented. Utilities included are water, sewer, trash, and electric with caps and discounts for reduced usage.

    "This is an area blessed with preserved open spaces and wildlife... I have seen quail, turkey vultures, skunks, raccoons, a racer snake, gopher snakes, and rattlesnakes, red-tailed hawks, a bobcat, coyotes, and a mountain lion... all within 50-100 yards of my house... So enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets, star-gazing, hiking, and horseback riding... but always be aware of your surroundings and keep your cat indoors, your dog on leash, and your kids wildlife-respectful and wildlife-wise! We co-exist in wildlife habitat!!!"
