Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with an open floor plan in a gated community! It is just a 5 minute walk to private beach access in beautiful South Walton County. Porcelain tile is throughout the home, with 2 year old carpet in the bedrooms. Neutral colored paint throughout the home and stainless steel appliances! The home also has a 2 car plus sized garage with room for a golf cart and a hot tub on the back patio! The home provides easy access to the Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets and Grand Boulevard for shopping and entertainment. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars within walking or biking distance.

No smoking. Pets allowed on a case by case basis with a non-refundable deposit. Renter pays all utilities and must maintain lawn. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and the first month's rent is due at signing of lease. Security deposit is refundable at the end of lease depending on repairs needed. A credit and reference check will be performed.
