About this House

Mobile Home, single wide. would make a great rental, or year round home. it does need a little TLC to suit your wants. THOUGH it is comfortable, warm, has fireplace that heats the home fully, Newer heat pump unit that keep you cool on those summer days. Huge deck, and yard is fenced for your animals, neighbors are good, All sheet rock interior, appliances are rather new, black. Huge master bath with walkin shower and soaker tub, double sinks, regular size other bath, master bedroom, rather big, however the 2nd bedroom is 14 x 20 huge. Kitchen is eat-in I have a 4x6 island that we use which is removable should you choose. Have a 10x16 building that is in awesome shape. year round access, not level though. Hence very little yard work. Fiber Optic internet, and cable No Satellite needed.. underground power loss of power has been very rare. Shared well, of which we all pay, and pitch in to fix, has happened twice ( since 2006) all in all nice place to live.

We moved to Parkway when my kids were in 3rd, 5th, and 8th grade. Right from the start, the staff made us feel welcome and like part of the "family". The administration and teachers at Parkway have been amazing. I am so glad that we are part of the Parkway family now!
