THE HOUSE:
A classic 3-bedroom row home in Hampden with vintage charm, 3900 block of Falls Rd. in Hampden, near JHU Homewood, MICA, and Loyola.

On the first floor, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and pantry. Upstairs, are the 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub and excellent water pressure. There are AC window units for all rooms and laundry in the basement. The outdoor space includes a front porch, a large sunny yard with a picnic table, and a parking spot.
The house is currently getting freshly painted, and some furniture can stay if desired.

$675: Front bedroom (13' x 17') with a closet, bay windows.
$650: Middle bedroom (13' x 11') with a window, ceiling fan, and closet.

2 blocks walk to Giant + Walgreens, and a 5-10 minute walk to Mom's grocery, the Rotunda, the Avenue, a climbing gym, Woodberry light rail stop, and several good bus lines, as well as Druid Hill Park + several other green spaces and hiking trails. Easy access to I-83.

Looking for 2 mature people with good communication skills and ability to share regular cleaning responsibilities. Must have proof of income, Grad students ok. No cigarette smoking, no excessive noise or excessive drug/alcohol use. Well-behaved dogs ok, I'm allergic to cats.

I own the house and I currently live in one of the bedrooms, but I am only in Baltimore part time for work. I'm friendly, but when I'm home I'm usually sleeping, reading or working and you may barely see me. My previous roommates lived here for 3 and 4 years, respectively.
