Home has a big back yard and is located in a cul-de -sac . Near shopping center(Walmart) ,Restaurants ( Cheddars, Joes Pizza and Highways I-20 and I-820. Granite countertops , stainless steel appliances. Repainted home with security camaras.

One year or 2 years lease. No Smoking allowed. Owner pays for the weekly pool cleaning. The renter is responsible for all utilities Gas, Electric, water and landscaping. Landscaping cutting the grass a minimum of once a month. Renter will also water the front yard and the backyard 2 times a week for 15 minutes minimum. Renter will also have his own renter insurance. Renter is responsible for proper use of the pool. Keeping the water level above the middle top tile and keeping gate lock secured around the pool when not in use.
