Primary bedroom has an extra living space attached. Laundry closet by the kitchen with hookups for a stacking washer and electric dryer. Mud room at the front of the house. Central AC with vents in the living rooms and bedrooms. Large storage barn behind the house is included. Large open yard with several trees to provide shade. Residents will be responsible for all utilities and maintaining landscaping.

2. A good credit score and clean history (625 minimum).
3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Income can include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.

All Uplift Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45.95/month which includes liability insurance, fee forgiveness, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), our best-in-class resident rewards program and much more! More details upon application.

$40 Application fee is NOT refundable.
Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants.

In instances in which there is a government rent subsidy, applicants have the option to provide lawful, verifiable alternative evidence of the applicant's reasonable ability to pay the portion of the rent as an alternative to credit history.

    "It’s a better place to raise children in my opinion but considering how liberal schools have become I’d home school even in this small town or be very very involved in your child class room! Lower crime but still have crime on a smaller scale! I would say equal amount of Conservatives verses liberals! The liberals are closed pretty closed minded! "

    "I live in this area so I can give an accurate rating. I cannot wait to leave here. One has to always be on watch for cougars, it snows more in Harrison Park than Julian proper, which makes driving very difficult. It snows into April. If you do not like snow for long stretches, do not move here. Rodents chew wiring on vehicles. Very costly to repair. Town is very small and limited. One has to travel 90 miles round trip to buy supplies as Julian has very little to offer in groceries, clothing and home improvement. Prices for necessities in Julian are very high. Lot of isolation. One should consider all aspects of a comfortable, happy life before moving to this area. Many basic necessities are not available. Outside of Julian proper one is limited to Satellite TV and internet. Satellite internet is terrible, and to add insult, very expensive. Phone service is not good, often static in line. Rabbit, deer, other critters eat garden, and fruit off trees. One gas station in town. Nearest city is Ramona, 27 miles from Harrison Park. Road to Ramona is lots of winding curves. Competent help of is hard to find. Very few companies will deliver to Julian, and those that do charge a high delivery fee. This is one of the worst places I have lived, and probably the worst mistake I have made in life. "
