Room Description

Located on 5 wooded acres, the room in shared home has an exceptionally large bedroom, comparable in size to a three car garage and includes a private hallway leading to your own bathroom and sitting area. . The room is furnished with a queen size bed, TV, small table with chairs, two sofas, and ample dressers and closet space. Some furnishings can be removed if preferred. Occupants currently include owner, who is in home hospice, owner's daughter.

You will be sharing the house with the daughter of the house owner who is caring for her mom full-time. She is in home hospice. You will occupy the large master bedroom which is very private.

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property. The kitchen is right out of the Brady Bunch! The stove only has 2 working burners, but you are welcome to use it, and the microwave and we can give you a designated area in the fridge.

There are multiple security cameras on the property for peace of mind.

    "Very nice area. Ridgewood Rd north of 34th Ave N and E 4th st was called Hidden Valley. Is part of the Congdon area, but borders Woodland. Decent walking distance to the schools. Many fond memories of the neighborhood before all the homes went up around 1986. "
